It all starts with an earthy base of Paradise Creek Beer Products (we use unfermented beer) and malt vinegar, then the fruity/tart green habanero, with a touch of creamy avocado, then fresh spinach, cilantro and oregano, and last, the high notes of apple cider vinegar and lime to round things out. This sauce is everything you've ever wanted in a green sauce AND THEN SOME!
