It all starts with an earthy base of Paradise Creek Beer Products (we use unfermented beer) and malt vinegar, then the fruity/tart green habanero, with a touch of creamy avocado, then fresh spinach, cilantro and oregano, and last, the high notes of apple cider vinegar and lime to round things out.
